Our new after school training program will officially launch in August 2014 but pilots will be conducted in two 9-12 week segments (Monday – Friday between 3:30-5:30pm): mid-Aug thru Nov and mid-Jan-Apr. Lastly, we are excited about hosting our TRENDS Science Forum & Career Fair and introducing S.T.E.M. Direct — our new career development job board.

Today, NEXT Steps offer four Junior Executive Management (JEM) opportunities to help youth and young adults acquire these same skill sets. Our focus for the 2014-2018 school years will be on middle school and high schools in the Grady, Mays and Washington High School Clusters and Columbia Middle School. We will also focus on young adults (ages 18-24) participating the Urban League of Greater Atlanta’s Urban Youth Empowerment Program WORKS initiative.
