Phase II: Development of NSYEP Outreach Initiatives & Atwood Community Gardens

The year 2012 brought many wonderful surprises! We formed a lot of great partnerships with community-based organizations that wanted to expand their outreach throughout Southwest Atlanta communities.  This year’s activities put the finishing touches on the Phase II Development of our outreach initiatives including Atwood Community Garden & Urban Farm.
