How To Coordinate The Community On Demand
Mentoring Work-based Learning Experience
About The Mentorship Experience
Level 2. Basic Team Play
The Community On Demand Mentorship Work-Based Learning Experience encourages learners to find STEAM Mentors within their local community that can 1) provide a broad view of the local businesses/industries and 2) guide them through the hands-on experiences they need to successfully complete each level of game play.
Objective
During the Community On Demand Mentoring Work-Based Learning Experience, game play requires that the student must build a network of society members that will help them develop and implement their impact solutions. To do so, learners must identify local Mentors/STEAM professionals that can become a source of guidance, motivation, wisdom, teaching, role modeling, and support by simply sharing knowledge, advice, and resources that will help students develop and implement their impact solutions.
