ARE YOU READY TO PLAY?
NEXT Steps created the Gamers & Mixers Esports (Employability Sports) League as a competition series so Junior Executive Management Teams — our new Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) — can track and measure their achievements as they play Community On Demand.

Level 1 Game Play (Single Player)

STEAM Skills Self-Assessment
The first level of game play establishes the base line contribution values of employability skills for each individual player. Use the Community On Demand card game to conduct a self-paced or guided assessment of your high demand STEAM skills.
Level 2 Game Play (Basic Team Play)
form your gaming strategy
Leadership, Teambuilding & Problem-Solving
The second level of game play establishes the combined contribution values of employability skills for all members of a JEM Team as they develop their impact solution(s). Use the Money Guide for Young Entrepreneurs & Leadership Training Workshops to form your Junior Executive Management (JEM) Teams and service-learning projects.
Basic Team Play is based on the Workforce Ready Pathway, Introduction to Career Competencies Course Number 32.43000
Level 3 Game Play (Advanced Team Play)
earn & learn
Financial Literacy, Resource & Time Management
The third level of game play is a crowdfunding competition. JEM Teams learn how to convert their service-learning projects into crowdfunding campaigns to raise awareness about their impact solutions and the socio-economic issues negatively impacting their community.
Advanced Team Play is based on the Workforce Ready Pathway, Career Competencies Course Number 32.43100
Level 4 Game Play (Ultimate Team Play)
sustain your successes
Entrepreneurship, Career Fairs & Social Venture Launches
The fourth level of game play is the apprentice competition.
