Sponsorship of our Workshops & Special Events Director Leadership Digital Badge recognizes students that have been elected by their peers to serve as the Workshops & Special Events Director of their Junior Executive Management (JEM) Team. They are responsible for:

    1. Populating the Workshops & Special Events section of the Community Involvement Growth Strategy (CIGS) Model
    2. Creating and managing the inventory of all available resources of the JEM Team and their NEXT Steps Partners In Education to meet the service goals of their College Town Service-Learning Project.
    3. Creating collaborative activities and events that demonstrate successful implementation of their comprehensive fundraising campaign for their College Town Service-Learning Project
    4. Coordinating their JEM Team’s Investor/Mentor Meetup

Digital Badge Sponsorship Allocations:
30% – $15.00 Student stipend to “pay themselves”
40% – $20.00 Service-learning project fund donation to “reinvest in their business”
30% – $15.00 NEXT Steps donation to sustain program operations
