Local Businesses that join the STEM Direct Youth Chamber of Commerce help mobilize the business community into supporting Community On Demand™ initiatives that improve the skills and capabilities of their community’s current and future workforce

Becoming a Business Member of the STEM Direct Youth Chamber of Commerce means joining a network of mission-driven individuals focused on using their time, skills and resources to create impact solutions that address, reduce and/or eliminate the negative impact of socio-economic conditions affecting their communities.
Membership includes a 1-Year subscription with the Community On Demand™ Virtual Connections Mentoring & Career Development Platform (powered by Pathful Connect). Business members are also eligible to create, host and sponsor project-based learning experiences, post and advertise career-building opportunities, verify and award digital badges and micro-credentials, and request scholarships, donations and funding from the Community On Demand™ Student Stipend and Impact Project Funds.
Introduces the functionality of each of the components that make up the Community On Demand™ game set and how they are used to strategically design, build, monitor, evaluate, and optimize the outputs and outcomes of projects and programs within an interconnected learning ecosystem and business operation.
Worksheets like The Strategists Mindset, Critical Thinking Approaches, and the STEAM Skills Self-Assessment give business owners, leadership teams and entrepreneurs their own Community On Demand™ learning experience and introduces the types of outputs, outcomes and strategies they can produce to: 1) strengthen the skillset of their staff, employees, volunteers and future workforce and 2) grow and sustain their current and future business operations..
