Sponsorship of our Finance Director Leadership Digital Badge recognizes and rewards students that have been elected by their peers to serve as the Finance Director of their Junior Executive Management (JEM) Team. They are responsible for:

    1. Using our Promotions Planning Checklist to create a budget and funding strategy to cover costs for their Operation Restoration service-learning project.
    2. Translating their JEM Team’s needs and activities into financial transactions for business planning, budgeting, human resources, administration and IT.
    3. Populating the Finance section of their JEM Team’s Community Involvement Growth Strategy (CIGS) Model with reportable data for The 17 Legacy Council
    4. Help each Director manage, prepare and present their portion of their team’s budgets at your Investor/Mentor Meetup.

Digital Badge Sponsorship Allocations:
30% – $15.00 Student stipend to “pay themselves”
40% – $20.00 Service-learning project fund donation to “reinvest in their business”
30% – $15.00 NEXT Steps donation to sustain program operations
