Instructions
- Identify the Community Challenge – Describe a real issue affecting your community and explain why it would make a strong Stakeholder’s Dilemma Play Date challenge. Who are the key stakeholders involved?
- Plan Your Play Date – Outline how you would structure the Play Date, including:
- The goal of the session
- Who would be invited to participate (stakeholders, community members, students, etc.)
- How you would introduce the challenge and engage participants
Use your Future Ready Skill Card Collection to Guide the Session – Select at least three Community On Demand Skill Cards that participants would use during the Play Date to develop solutions. Explain how these skills will help tackle financial sustainability, workforce readiness, and customer engagement.
- Facilitate Collaboration & Decision-Making – Describe how you would encourage teamwork, discussion, and problem-solving during the Play Date. How would participants weigh the pros and cons of their solutions?
- Next Steps & Implementation – Conclude by explaining how the Play Date outcomes would be used to create an action plan. How will the solutions be implemented in the community?
