ARE YOU READY TO PLAY?

NEXT Steps created the Gamers & Mixers Esports (Employability Sports) League as a competition series so Junior Executive Management Teams can track and measure their achievements as they play Community On Demand.

Four Ways to Play!

Level 1 Game Play (Single Player)
STEAM Skills Self-Assessment

The first level of game play establishes the base line contribution values of employability skills for each individual player.  Use the Community On Demand card game to conduct a self-paced or guided assessment of your high demand STEAM skills.

Level 2 Game Play (Basic Team Play)
Leadership, Teambuilding & Problem-Solving

The second level of game play establishes the combined contribution values of employability skills for all members of a JEM Team as they develop their impact solution(s). Use the Money Guide for Young Entrepreneurs & Leadership Training Workshops to form your Junior Executive Management (JEM) Teams and service-learning projects.
