What You Will Learn:
Module 1
Understanding the Impact of Your Decisions
(Duration:1-2 Weeks)
This module equips you with the ability to make informed, deliberate choices that align with your goals. It introduces you to the Strategist Mindset and the SIP Grid worksheets to help you develop a framework for successfully collaborating with various mindsets and motivations. You will gain insight into how your decisions affect not just yourself but also the systems and communities you are part of.Â
Module 2
Measuring and Building Your Skillset
(Duration: 1-2 Weeks)
This module focuses on defining, measuring, building, and recognizing the value as well as the impact of your skills. You will gain a deeper understanding of what your skills are and why they are important. You will also learn how to use the features and functions of your Community On Demandâ„¢ Future Ready skill cards to track, measure and assess your skill growth.
Module 3
Effective Communication for Collaboration
(Duration: 2-4 Weeks)
This module introduces you to the Stakeholder’s Dilemma Canvas Model while emphasizing the importance of effective communication and collaboration. You will engage in activities that highlight the importance of making thoughtful, informed choices and experience how interconnected your decisions are with others.
Module 4
Turning Ideas Into Real Solutions
(Duration: 8-12 Weeks)
The Fresh Bites Service-Learning Project is a pre-apprenticeship experience where community stakeholders form a Junior Executive Management (JEM) Team to tackle real-world challenges. Using the Money Guide for Young Entrepreneurs, teams implement strategic solutions developed through The Stakeholder’s Dilemma Canvas Model. This hands-on project empowers participants to apply financial literacy, project management, and leadership skills to solve The Stakeholder’s Dilemma.
By the end of the program, teams will execute their strategies, organize community initiatives, and present measurable results to local stakeholders.
