  Explains how to use our signature Community Involvement Growth Strategy (CIGS) organizational development, communications and management model to maximize use of a JEM Team’s resources during their STEAM Investigative Process

• JEM Team Leadership Nominations
  Shows learners how to use the CIGS Model to nominate their peers for leadership and member roles for their Junior Executive Management Team

• CASE STUDY: Grady High School JEM Team
  See how The Knight’s Armory Junior Executive Management Team ran — the School Based Enterprise at Grady High School (Atlanta, GA) — created their own Community Involvement Growth Strategy and strengthened their employability skills during their enhanced work-based learning experience

• Call To Action
  By the end of this course, learners should have reviewed and completed the service goals for this skill, conducted a pre- and post self-assessment to reflect a 30-80% gain in their high-demand employability skills, and used digital media technologies to document their achievements and results during their STEAM Investigative Process.
