Our Mission

Premier Outreach Foundation’s mission is to prevent crime, reduce recidivism, improve public safety responses, and track outcomes. Our program targets individuals in contact or at risk for being in contact with the criminal justice system. Premier Outreach Foundation takes pride in using researched-based criminal justice modalities that are scientifically studied and shown to be highly effective in reducing recidivism. Our data-collection process provides the criminogenic risk level for each juvenile/adult participating in the program. Our foundation offers court approved diversion programs (pre-trial, re-entry) that targets populations with multiple systemic needs: anger management, employment barriers, gang activity, mental health, parenting skills, substance abuse disorder support, shoplifting services, school delinquency, workforce development, and other associated interventions.
