- Build a Junior Executive Management (JEM) team
- Raise awareness to address local socio-economic issues, support work-based learning projects and social ventures through eGift card sponsorships, crowdfunding campaigns, product purchases, sales & distributions, and donations)

- Develop a financial and digital portfolio
- Track, measure and report skill development, growth and student achievement

Program Benefits
Participants of the Work-Based Learning Experience & Career Development Training Workshop will be able to:
- Engage in digital and local learning experiences created by their Junior Executive Management (JEM) Teams and their Local Contributor Networks
- Upload and distribute products, services and original digital media content through the Community On Demand Digital Media Network
- Create crowdfunding campaigns that strengthen financial literacy skills through eGift card sponsorships
- Award skills-based micro-certifications that verify specific competencies for college and career readiness
