Invest in learners that are demonstrating how they plan to change jobs in an appropriate, positive way that does not damage their existing relationships as they complete their service-learning project(s).

Service Goals

1. Learners must describe steps for determining when change can be internal and when a new job search is appropriate.
2. Learners must explain how they recognize when it is time to change jobs and research the process required or advised to do so appropriately within their Junior Executive Management Team or Local Contributor Network.
3. Learners must develop a list of appropriate steps involved in the process of resigning from one job and accepting another.
