Teach learners how to:

• Complete the service goals of the STEAM Investigative Process skill card,
• Demonstrate their ability to design a custom Community Involvement Growth Strategy (CIGS) Model©, and
• Complete the process of researching, designing, planning, coordinating and evaluating socio-economic conditions (i.e. growth areas) that may be negatively impacting their community.

After completing Intro To The STEAM Investigative Process, learners will be able to:

• Create a digital badge collection that reflects the employability skills they have, use and need to create impact solutions that address negative socio-economic conditions in their community
• Share their progress and achievements through their social media networks as they develop and sell their personal brand, products, services and high-demand employability skills
• Convert the potential value of the employability skills in their digital badge collections into contribution values to benefit their community and careers
• Develop and package the true market value of their employability skills based on the products, services, innovative ideas and impact solutions they created to help sustain their local economy
