Invest in learners that are demonstrating how they balance direct and indirect influences and makes decisions that benefit their entire team and community as they complete their service-learning project(s).

Service Goals

1. Learners must explain how they will find common ground between their own cultural heritage and experiences as well as those of others within their community during their service-learning project.
2. Learners must demonstrate how they identified elements of their own culture and compared/contrasted it to other cultures in their workplace and community on 2-3 separate occasions during their service-learning project.
3. Learners must provide verified proof of their ability to find common ground among different cultures within their community ecosystem on 2-3 separate occasions during your service-learning project.
4. Learners must explain the importance and benefits of the geographic location of their service area.
