Service Goals
- Learners must explain the difference between verbal and non-verbal communication
- Learners must describe how to communicate assertively.
- Learners must demonstrate assertive communication in three situations with their Junior Executive Management Team.
- Learners must describe the differences between passive, aggressive and assertive styles of communication on both verbal and non-verbal levels.
- Learners must accurately provide an oral description of when they were actively listening.
- Learners must give a full report about an event including who, what, when where, why, and how problems were identified and solved.
- Learners must introduce themselves properly and make a good first impression.
