- Complete the service goals of the Leadership skill card,
- Discover which socio-economic conditions are negatively impacting their communities, and
- Map local resources to address, reduce and/or eliminate them
After completing Lesson 3. Build Your Team, learners will be able to:
- Demonstrate the leadership qualities, values and behaviors needed to complete their service-learning project
- Use the Community Involvement Growth Strategy (CIGS) Model to maximize use of their team’s resources
- Form a Junior Executive Management (JEM) Team for their service-learning project.
- Demonstrate their understanding of the importance and value of teamwork as it relates to their mission and impact solution
