Atwood @ DISC

Volunteers will help NEXT Steps complete the following tasks at the DeKalb International Student Center:
- Remodeling sanctuary and outdoor amphitheater
- Installing Atwood community garden and outdoor classrooms
- Creating multi-language signs and murals
- Painting stairs and parking lot

Atwood @ Kittredge Park

Volunteers will help NEXT Steps and The Friends Of Kittredge Park complete the following tasks:
- Conserving the 36 acre nature preserve
- Creating outdoor learning and recreational activities
- Installing an Atwood community garden model, walking trails, and a KaBOOM! playground
- Removing invasive species

Paper To Petal Parade | The Celebration Of Spring At Kittredge Park

The Paper To Petal Parade includes a beautiful parade of paper flowers, the Civic Vow Renewal & Pledge Ceremony, & Easter Egg Hunt to celebrate Spring in Kittredge Park. Visitors will be encouraged to explore the new amenities at Kittredge Park: the Atwood Community Garden Model, new walking trails and bridges, and the new KaBOOM! playground installation (scheduled for installation on April 28-29th)

Help Create A Masterpiece! This is the year STEM++ philanthropy in the NEXT Steps Youth Entrepreneur Program takes root. Join members of the North Druid Hills Corridor to help create signature nature-based recreation, horticulture, therapeutic, ecotourism and STEM++ based education programs for Kittredge Park.

Tri-Cities Aerotropolis College Town (Launch Event)

NEXT Steps will recruit and train 250 volunteers to become Compassion Ambassadors for the Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia. Compassion Ambassadors will gain hospitality and tourism training through the volunteer coordination staff of the Sickle Cell Foundation and Full Circle Media Group. This event will launch our Tri-Cities Aerotropolis College Town project of our Full Circle Arts & Technology Initiative.
