Leadership & Skills Development Program

Since 2008, The NEXT Steps Youth Entrepreneur Program (501c3) has served as a nonprofit workforce intermediary specializing in experiential learning through community engagement activities.  We also utilize interconnected, project-based learning courses, workshops, programs and innovative learning tools (manipulatives) to help learners of all ages strengthen their critical thinking, critical reasoning, and creative problem-solving skills to demonstrate life readiness for college, career, business & community reinvestment.
